About The Position

The Jackson® Internship Program offers practical work experience designed to enhance a student's academic, career, and personal development while assisting Jackson in identifying well-trained and talented individuals. Jackson views its internship program as an investment in the future, aiming to provide students with opportunities to utilize their skills, foster personal development, and engage in enjoyable and meaningful work assignments. The Fall 2026 corporate internship program will be an in-person program held in Franklin, TN, running from August 17 to December 11. Commitment to this specific timeframe is crucial for consideration. Interns are expected to work between 15 and 18 hours per week. Interns in the Sales Department will engage in skill development activities, including Jackson’s Sales Academy, public speaking practice, job shadowing, and contributing to projects that support sales across the organization. The program offers real-world experience, networking opportunities, exposure to senior leaders, personal and professional development, career exploration, project-specific training, potential college credit, challenging assignments, accountability, and valuable contributions, along with competitive compensation.

Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate student and a senior.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
