About The Position

Slate is building safe, reliable vehicles that people can afford, personalize, and love, with a commitment to reindustrialization in the USA. The spirit of DIY and customization is central to Slate vehicles, emphasizing customer control over their trucks' appearance and feel. This internship program is designed for curious, driven students seeking hands-on experience in building a new American vehicle manufacturer from the ground up. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects, gaining exposure to the operations of a fast-moving, mission-driven manufacturing company.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Design, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
• No professional experience required—we're looking for potential, not a resume.
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and figuring things out along the way.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• A scrappy, get-it-done attitude.
