Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliability: Maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service mindset: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assisting technicians with equipment repair and maintenance.
• Supporting the parts department and showroom.
• Facility, yard, and equipment upkeep.
• Learning from experienced professionals through training, team meetings, and real-world work experiences.
• Working safely, serving customers, and contributing to a great team.
