About The Position

This internship focuses on verifying and standardizing data within the Plex system, ensuring its accuracy through correction and training. The intern will play a key role in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement related to Plex and MRP modules.

Requirements

Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, of schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
Junior College degree and above.
The employee is regularly required to be in good health, available to work long hours with a computer, and bear high stress.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
Knowledge of and familiarity with manufacturing software.
Familiar with company's production process and Plex operation.
Familiar with EXCEL and other office software, need strong data analysis ability.
Good logic ability, strong data analysis ability.
Familiar with supply chain management MRP operation.
Familiar with MRP management.
Familiar with management methods for material planning.
Familiar with operation training for supply chain management and logistics management.
Familiar with TS16040 Program manual.

Responsibilities

Organize and analyze abnormal data from PRP/MRP to reduce anomalies.
Check, monitor, and report on the maintenance of Plex data regularly.
Monitor the on-time closure of orders and records in Plex to increase PRP/MRP accuracy.
Analyze planning and inventory data regularly and provide suggestions.
Create and revise MRP work instructions and management methods, monitoring execution status.
Support fixing abnormal situations for departments using Plex and improve the using process.
Provide training for MRP and Plex modules.
Improve the use of the MRP module and increase planner efficiency.
Evaluate the feasibility of Plex data update plans regarding their impact on MRP operation.
Confirm new material planning attributes.
Complete and report on assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Understand environmental factors, dangerous sources, and their control methods.
Execute and implement integrated management system regulations and documentation.
Classify scrap and waste from this job.
Assist in other responsibilities.
