About The Position

The Branch Intern supports the client experience at a Fidelity Investor Center, working with financial professionals to provide customer service and assist with investment products and services. The internship offers exposure to personal investing and financial planning through significant work assignments, coaching, mentorship, professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities. Interns collaborate with team members to address business challenges, identify process improvements, and contribute ideas that support client and business outcomes.

This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027. The position is based on-site at the Investor Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

Requirements

• Be an undergraduate student in the junior year of college.
• Have an interest in investing and wealth management.
• Have experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
• Demonstrate leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
• Have a professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Have a basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
• Be able to promote customer loyalty while providing an outstanding customer experience.
