ESPN Madison Spring 2027 Internship
About The Position
ESPN Madison is recruiting college students for a paid, part-time internship during the Spring 2027 semester. The internship offers hands-on experience in sport marketing and media, including new business development, promotional event marketing, and sports content creation. ESPN Madison is a sports marketing entity with assets such as ESPN Madison WTLX 100.5 FM. The internship runs approximately 8–15 hours per week from late January through April or May 2027. Interns are paid $14.00 per hour. They are expected to represent Good Karma Sports and uphold its core values: Be Honest, Work Hard, Over Deliver, Listen, Teamwork, and Follow Through. Good Karma Sports describes itself as a sports media and marketing company that builds connections between brands and fans through audio, podcasts, video, digital, social, talent, live experiences, and premium sports partnerships. Requirements
- Must be a college student.
- Be an organized self-starter interested in hands-on experience in new business development, promotional event marketing, and sports content creation.
Responsibilities
- Learn the business, including marketing execution, Good Karma’s sports partner acquisition process, and its content creation strategies and best practices.
- Assist with event planning, setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Engage and interact with local partners and fans during events.
- Complete other assigned tasks.
- Represent Good Karma Sports by adhering to its core values.
