About The Position
AL/ML development as it relates to industry trends and market needs related to payment integrity/services use cases. Assist with development of ML/AI Agent for several key projects. Assist in analyzing customer feedback, conducting user testing, and refining solutions based on insights gathered. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to gather requirements. Assist in competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry standards.
