About The Position

Kulicke and Soffa Industries (K&S) is seeking Spring-Summer 2025 interns in process engineering at the Santa Ana Office. K&S is a leading provider of semiconductor and electronic assembly solutions serving the global automotive, consumer, communications, computing, and industrial markets. The Santa Ana office provides major research and development (R&D) resources for new product development of K&S Wedge Bonder equipment and offers customer application assistance. As a process engineering intern, you will work closely with senior process and systems engineers, and other functions on a variety of projects focusing on product viability, systems and process feasibility, and customer field issues. You will receive hands-on training on a variety of tools to support on-going projects and troubleshooting issues as they arise. At K&S, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow professionally and develop necessary skills as an engineer while gaining insight into the power semiconductor industry.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in process engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute.

Nice To Haves

Previous internship experience in a related field.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
