About The Position

This internship position focuses on designing and developing quality testing procedures, updating existing tests, and performing various types of testing including functional, application, regression, performance, and integration testing. The intern will also be responsible for defining test objectives, collaborating with team members, providing testing metrics, and researching new technologies to improve testing efficiency. The role requires a willingness to adapt to new technologies, estimate task durations, meet schedules, and demonstrate strong initiative, organization, and a commitment to quality solutions. The intern will work in a highly collaborative team environment and must be able to present information effectively and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

Design and develop quality testing procedures
Update and modify existing tests as necessary
Define test objectives and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Perform moderately complex functional, application, regression, performance, and integration testing
Define and adhere to quality initiatives
Provide metrics and results from all testing efforts that will support business decisions
Research new emerging technologies to improve efficiency of testing practices
