About The Position

The UI/UX Intern will join Little Caesars’ Mobile Technology team and support the UI/UX team throughout the project lifecycle. The intern will contribute to research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs; collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders; assist with usability testing and user research; and help document design decisions and maintain component libraries. The intern will work closely with a mentor and support the department and its team with daily assignments and projects. This is part of a 13-week summer internship program focused on retail technology. The intern will learn and collaborate with industry professionals on retail technology initiatives and conclude the internship with a presentation to senior leadership about their experience, projects, initiatives, and findings.

Requirements

Be a junior-level student or above and actively enrolled in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
Strong organizational and analytical/reasoning skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate PC skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to function in a team environment and support team members when needed.
Ability to work independently and complete projects within determined timelines.
Evidence of ability to build and maintain relationships and excel in an interactive team environment.

Responsibilities
