About The Position

Steer is seeking an intern to support its Transportation Demand Management (TDM) team. This role will involve working from home and in the Northern Colorado Region, specifically along the US 34 corridor from Kersey to Estes Park. The intern's primary responsibilities will be to support the GoNoCo34 Transportation Management Organization (TMO) project. The internship reports directly to the Executive Director of the GoNoco34 TMO, managed by Steer. The intern will also have the opportunity to support the Burbank TMO in Southern California and other transportation planning projects at Steer.

Responsibilities

Representing the TMO at community events (online and/or in person).
Acting as a liaison with TMO members and stakeholders.
Designing email marketing and social media campaigns.
Website coordination (update members, upcoming events, flyer campaigns).
Capturing monthly board meeting minutes, facilitating recording both verbal and written for TMO board.
Supporting membership growth among local employers, developers, community non-profits and regional stakeholders.
Coordinating administrative activities such as bus pass orders, vanpool incentive programs and general office management.
Aiding with other projects, such as marketing design, mapping, report writing and data analysis, as needed.
