Requirements

Must be pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous internship experience in procurement or supply chain.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Knowledge of medical device industry.

Responsibilities

Bring supplier records up to date by requesting necessary documentation from vendors and ensuring all required materials are accurately recorded and maintained in company systems.
Create, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines. Review and process purchase order requisition (POR) forms and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, monitor shipment status, and resolve routine issues such as delays, discrepancies, or order changes.
Track inventory levels and identify when reorders are needed. Work with inventory systems and demand data to help prevent shortages and minimize excess stock.
Research products and suppliers, compare quotes, and monitor market trends to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Maintain accurate procurement records, update supplier information, and ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
