About The Position

Join Arclin, a premier international material science leader, for a summer of innovation, strategy, and hands-on impact. We are seeking an intern to join our global Supply Chain - Customer Service team in our Metro Atlanta corporate office. This is a collaborative 10-week program where you will work in tandem with a fellow intern to optimize our end-to-end operations. From data visualization to customer relationship management, you will gain a 360-degree view of how a global manufacturer moves products from the plant to the customer. The program concludes with a either a solo or joint Capstone Project presented to our executive leadership team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Recent Graduates (December 2025 or May 2026) are also encouraged to apply!
  • You have a passion for systems.
  • You enjoy working in a "team-of-two" environment where you can brainstorm, divide, and conquer.
  • You understand that great strategy starts with clean data and precise scheduling.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, or ERP platforms (like SAP or Oracle) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer service performance through data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards that track customer order accuracy, service levels, and responsiveness.
  • Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Perform detailed audits of customer master data to validate customer information, item details, shipping requirements, pricing attributes, and service agreements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems to support reliable order execution.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to review and validate ERP customer records.
  • Identify data discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to data governance best practices that improve long-term data quality and scalability.
  • Build, refine, and maintain comprehensive Customer Profiles in Salesforce.
  • Ensure critical client data is accurate, up to date, and aligned with operational and commercial needs.
  • Help bridge customer service operations, supply chain execution, and sales teams through reliable CRM data.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service representatives, Supply Chain partners, and commercial stakeholders to resolve data issues and support customer inquiries.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to how accurate customer data and effective communication directly impact fulfillment and client satisfaction.
