Temenos is looking for a student intern to support their Product Operations (PMO) team with coordination, data tasks, and reporting. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience working with product teams and learning how products are supported behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a university student (Business, IT, Data, Engineering, or related field)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
  • Experience in data, reporting, or analytics
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with numbers
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Help schedule meetings and manage calendars for product teams
  • Support day-to-day product operations tasks and team coordination
  • Collect, organize, and analyse basic product and operational data
  • Create and update simple reports, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Assist with data checks, data migration, and data accuracy tasks
  • Prepare and format documents and presentations
  • Organize emails, files, and shared documentation
  • Research and retrieve information when needed
  • Support reporting and review activities for the PMO team
  • Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
