Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Fluent in English
  • Recent graduates with the right skillset will be considered

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or CAPM (or comparable certification)
  • Experience managing or coordinating projects
  • Experience with software implementations
  • Understanding of software implementation methodologies (waterfall, iterative, Agile)
  • Spanish or French

Responsibilities

  • Assist with client projects through meeting note-taking, action-item tracking, and follow-up documentation
  • Update and maintain PMO templates, trackers, and standardized project documentation
  • Support internal PMO audits, ensuring compliance with established processes and controls
  • Shadow Project Managers to learn day-to-day project execution, governance, and client interaction practices
  • Perform administrative project setup tasks in internal systems
  • Help maintain accurate project timekeeping through amalgamating disparate timekeeping systems
  • Provide general project coordination and administrative support as required
