We are seeking an experienced and motivated Intern, Premium Services, to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of the Guest experience for our Guest Services team, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software
- Customer service or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events as needed
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Student in Junior or Senior year or no more than 1 year removed from graduation
- Comfortable interacting with guests, team members, and leadership in a professional manner
Responsibilities
- Assist Premium Leadership Team with Premium areas set up and event related tasks.
- Assist with VIP escorts and preparations prior and during events
- Assist with Premium Services college program
- Assist Premium Leadership with RaRa room restaurant event coverage
- Assist with Organizing, and tracking One Fan At A Time Program inventory for Premium Areas
- Assist with daily event Premium Clubs Access wristband organization, set up and distribution
- Support feedback tracking and Formstack submissions by Guests
- Assist and communicates with Team Members on uniforms inquiries, ID badges, name tags, schedules, and parking
- Supports Leadership with PT Engagement initiatives
- Supports Leadership with Premium Hosts PT Team Members training classes
- Update and maintain Team Member Breakroom Slides and internal communication materials
- Other duties as assigned.
