We are looking for a motivated Summer Intern to join our Research & VoC team and contribute directly to our Net Promoter Score (NPS) program, an internal initiative that tracks customer loyalty and satisfaction across the organization. Over two months, the intern will help transform NPS data into richer, more actionable outputs by developing new reporting frameworks, deeper analytics, and correlation analyses that connect NPS trends to broader business metrics.
