About The Position

The Marketing Intern maintains good contact with mall personnel and helps coordinate efforts and participation during promotions. The intern screens questions and requests from tenants, vendors, and the public, responding to or resolving problems as qualified. The role also assists with coordinating special events at The Mills at Jersey Gardens.

Requirements

• Must be able to work business hours Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and FourSquare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective conflict-resolution and customer-service skills when interacting with customers, tenants, and co-workers.
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multitask, and demonstrate initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
