About The Position

Ayar Labs is seeking undergraduate or graduate interns to join its Link Architecture team. The intern will develop mixed-signal modeling and design methodologies that bridge system models with device and subsystem design. Working at the intersection of system modeling and mixed-signal design, the intern will refine device and subsystem models and analyze their impact on system performance. Projects will be tailored to the intern’s experience and interests. The intern will be mentored by a senior engineer and work alongside Ayar Labs engineers. The internship term is May to August 2027, and the position is on-site at the San Jose office. Immigration support is not provided except for F-1 students, and relocation support is not provided.
