About The Position

The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcases the Guidehouse culture, and provides interns with a meaningful experience at a global professional services organization. Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of clients. Each intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience. Highlights of the Guidehouse Internship Program include: 10-week experience in the Summer of 2026 (Anticipated to start Monday, June 8 thru Friday, August 14 ) Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor-Led) Performance management, including developing goals and holding Mid-Point Check-In and Final Evaluations Networking & Social Activities and Events Capstone Project Guidehouse is looking for an intern to perform various tasks and support our Office of the General Counsel team this summer. You will have the chance to assist the Legal team with and contract review and redlining . Legal research and preparation of memoranda and other documents, as necessary, on a wide range of topics. Support compliance function. Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks. Work closely with Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel on special projects. Attend Office of General Counsel staff meetings. Requirements

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
  • Minimum Degree Status Required: Current enrollment as a first-year student in a full-time law degree program or graduating with an undergraduate or advanced degree between December 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country
  • No sponsorship is available for this position
