Intern, Immunobiology

IAVIJersey City, NJ

About The Position

The Immunobiology Team at IAVI’s Design and Development Laboratory (DDL) evaluates the immune responses elicited by vaccine candidates in animal models. Modern tools for sequence analysis and structure prediction can aid significantly in the design of these candidates by assessing conservation of immunogens across global strains and anticipating the effect of mutations. The Intern will use computational tools to support the research conducted by the Immunobiology team.

Requirements

  • Comfort with command-line tools (bash/zsh).
  • Basic experience with R, Python and/or similar for data analysis is expected.
