Provide support for a full range of effective operational, organizational, talent management, learning, analytical, and administrative HR Services. Interns may be involved with projects based on the organization's current needs that are team-oriented or individually driven to give the intern an opportunity to develop a finished product and presentation near the internship's end. The Intern will work in one or more of the following areas: People Data Visualization, Reporting & Dashboards; Process Automation & HR Workflows; Recruitment & Onboarding; Recognition Program & Tool Implementation; Technical Competency Model & Assessment Process; Instructional Design Consultation; Employee Survey Implementation; Facilitation & Training Delivery.
