Intern GTM Engineer
About The Position
Ether.fi is one of the fastest growing fintech companies in the world, managing over $10B in assets and operating with a team of 30, predominantly technical staff. The company has been profitable since its inception and is dedicated to developing real consumer applications for millions of users, with a vision for true on-chain banking. Their current product offerings—Stake, Liquid, and Cash—enable users to achieve high yields and easily utilize their digital assets in the real world. Ether.fi is seeking a motivated and resourceful intern to contribute to their Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives by automating processes and developing growth-oriented products.
Requirements
- You ship quality software often with little oversight
- Comfortable working across the stack
- Self-starter, fast learner, all the usual stuff
Nice To Haves
- an interest in crypto, fintech, or on-chain products
Responsibilities
- Build our funnel tracking system for our iOS and Android apps (AppsFlyer, Amplitude).
- Develop internal tools to automate lead generation and cold outreach processes.
- Build growth-oriented features in our web and/or mobile products.
- Instrument and optimize even-driven notification systems, referral flows and onboarding funnels.
