You will develop critical leadership and functional skills in areas such as financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial reporting, and investment accounting and analysis. The Finance internship program is an 10-week experience that includes formal and experiential learning, volunteerism, and networking.

Requirements

Students expecting to graduate prior to August 2028 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance Risk, and Business Analytics majors.
GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation.
Must have a record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement.
Demonstrate strong communication, change agility, and team skills.
Leadership experience outside of the classroom.

Nice To Haves

Data analytics and financial modeling coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop critical leadership and functional skills in areas such as financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial reporting, and investment accounting and analysis.
Participate in a 10-week experience that includes formal and experiential learning, volunteerism, and networking.
Engage in a challenging assignment in the Finance organization.
Collaborate with other interns on a capstone team project outside of the assignment domain to research and present findings.
Develop core competencies in required corporate skills.
Receive coaching, mentoring, evaluation, and feedback.
Gain early access to future early career opportunities, including full-time rotational programs.
