About The Position

The Finance team within Moog's Military Aircraft Group is seeking a Finance/Accounting intern. This role involves contributing to key Finance/Accounting tasks, providing technical support, and potentially engaging in financial reporting, month-end processes, financial schedule preparation, financial research, and supporting financial projects. The intern will operate as a multidisciplinary team member, contributing to project processes, strategies, and execution, while representing Moog professionally.

Requirements

Enrolled in an Accounting Bachelor's or Master's Degree program, at an accredited university.
GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA requirement will be specified by department.
This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
Students within the Moog U.S. Internship Program are expected to have a professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the preparation and execution of key Finance/Accounting tasks at Moog.
Provide technical support to Moog’s Finance/Accounting teams, as needed.
Work experience may include financial reporting, participating in month-end reporting and processes, preparing financial schedules, performing research on financial topics, and/or supporting financial projects based on the student's educational discipline.
Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals.
Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.
