About The Position

The Enterprise Resiliency Intern supports business continuity and resilience initiatives by assisting with the maintenance of policies, standards, and procedures related to business continuity, technology recovery, and third-party resilience. This role works with cross-functional teams to help identify resilience needs, support compliance efforts, and contribute to projects that strengthen organizational preparedness. The intern also assists with audit tracking, documentation, reporting, and awareness initiatives while helping translate business requirements into actionable resilience activities. This position provides valuable exposure to risk management, operational resilience, and business continuity practices in a collaborative enterprise environment.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills required, this incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required
Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Must be able to work independently or in a team setting
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Above average proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (including Excel, Word and Access)
Detail oriented
Used to normal office environment
Must be a student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Finance, Business, or a related field of study with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship.
Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) GPA.
Junior or Senior classification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing and updating policies, standards, and procedures related to Business Continuity, Technology Recovery, and Third-Party Resilience.
Help track and document audit findings and remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with various departments to understand and support their resilience needs.
Contribute to the development of basic resilience requirements to help safeguard the company from potential disruptions.
Support the documentation and reporting of policy discrepancies and change requests.
Participate in initiatives that promote awareness and adherence to Enterprise Resilience practices across the organization.
Help communicate the importance of resilience as a business priority.
Serve as a point of contact for basic resilience-related questions and support requests.
Assist in translating business needs into actionable resilience tasks and projects.
Work with project teams to ensure resilience considerations are included in planning and resource management.
