About The Position
The Corporate Development Intern will assist in evaluating and executing strategic business opportunities for Constellation, gaining exposure to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and joint ventures. The role is suited to someone interested in finance, business strategy, and market analysis who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The intern supports financial analysis, research, strategic planning, project coordination, executive presentations, and due diligence. The position is based in a corporate office setting in Rochester, New York. The posted hourly salary range is $19.00–$29.50. Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, strategic planning, and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting findings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Build and review financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and business initiatives.
- Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify potential acquisition targets or partnership opportunities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining strategic planning processes, timelines, and materials.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of transaction processes and strategic initiatives, working with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing findings, strategic recommendations, and implications for leadership.
- Support due diligence by gathering information, analyzing data, and preparing reports on potential targets or investment opportunities.
