About The Position

The Technology Solutions Intern will support presales and delivery teams across active client pursuits and engagements. This role provides hands-on experience in solution development, technical research, client presentations, project delivery, and engagement management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Interest in solution architecture, consulting, presales, and technology delivery.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, cloud technologies, or project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery sessions, executive briefings, and client workshop preparation.
• Conduct account, technical, and competitive landscape research.
• Assist with pursuit strategy, solution architecture, and prototype development using a Desirable, Feasible, and Viable framework.
• Develop first drafts of solution content, Statements of Work (SOWs), presentations, and supporting technical materials.
• Contribute to client delivery workstreams through documentation, testing support, technical artifact creation, and hands-on solution activities.
• Assemble technology pitches and presentations for senior technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and engagement information, including Salesforce updates, status reports, RAID logs, and action tracking.
• Collaborate with FCTO, Delivery Leadership, sales, and technical teams throughout the pursuit and delivery lifecycle.
