Interns are placed in a department according to their interests, skills, and business needs, where they assist with projects, process improvements, and day-to-day activities. The internship lasts 3 to 6 months and offers hands-on industry experience and professional development. Communications work may include administrative support; drafting internal and external communications; helping create and manage e-newsletters and social media content, including daily monitoring and posting; and managing an assigned continuous-improvement project. The intern also learns organizational processes, contributes to projects, helps maintain documentation and records, follows safety regulations and company policies, and shadows experienced professionals to learn beverage manufacturing practices. The position is based at the Tampa corporate office, with minimal travel. Work is fast-paced and involves sustained focus, deadlines, project management, and accuracy. The role requires standing or walking continuously and regularly handling or carrying materials or equipment of moderate weight. Typical hours are 20–29 per week, with infrequent overtime, weekend work, or shift rotation.
