Requirements
- Strong academic performance in any discipline (degrees in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, physics, data science, supply chain, and engineering are relevant).
- For Trading Data, Analytics, and AI roles: proficiency in a programming language such as Python, C#, or SQL and working knowledge of developer processes and tools such as version control and CI/CD.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in physical commodities and financial markets.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in an international team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant work experience is advantageous, but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Support the trading business in core areas including analytics, risk and compliance.
- Work with the trading team to accomplish several projects that provide meaningful examples of trading work.
- Contribute in a variety of areas supporting commodities spanning Crude, Products, Natural Gas & Power, and Freight.
- Conduct research and develop trading opportunities.
- Participate in facility tours, learn from senior leaders, and connect with experienced professionals.
- Attend social events to build relationships with cohort, recent graduates, and leaders.
