About The Position
ExxonMobil is seeking current undergraduate and graduate students for summer internship opportunities. This internship is an opportunity to make an impact while developing valuable business and leadership skills. Powered by our global scale and inspired by a high-performing team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful project work, gain real-world experience, and explore potential career paths across ExxonMobil's business and commercial organizations. As a Business & Commercial intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, receive coaching and mentorship, and contribute to projects that support key business priorities. Through hands-on experiences, you'll strengthen your professional capabilities while gaining a deeper understanding of ExxonMobil's business and commercial operations. The summer internships are approximately 3 months long. High-performing interns are prioritized for return internships and, upon graduation, full-time roles in our Early Career Foundation program.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate or graduate student.
- Pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or MBA degree in a business-related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills.
