About The Position
ExxonMobil is seeking PhD students for summer internship and fall/spring co-op opportunities. This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful work, gaining hands-on technical and research experience within operations or research facilities. Interns will work on projects and research that drive real results, with assignments potentially including advanced research initiatives, process engineering, product development, and modeling and optimization. Beyond project work, interns will have opportunities to tour facilities, learn from senior leaders, and connect with professionals across the organization. Social events are also hosted to foster relationships with peers and leaders. The program aims to provide interns with valuable experiences, professional growth, and lasting skills to support their future success. High-performing interns may be considered for return internships and future full-time roles.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in a STEM discipline.
- Demonstrate strong academic performance.
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
