About The Position
Kulicke and Soffa is seeking a Co-op student to support the development of robotic automation equipment. This role requires coursework and/or experience in C++ programming and Object Oriented (OO) Analysis and Design. The intern will contribute to developing advanced software for next-generation robotic semiconductor equipment, participating in the design, modeling, coding, and testing phases based on specifications and requirements. The position is within a highly collaborative team operating in a fast-paced, agile environment, and the intern will gain knowledge of the wire bonder domain. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Coursework and/or experience programming in C++
- Coursework and/or experience in Object Oriented (OO) Analysis and Design
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced software for next generation robotic semiconductor equipment
- Design, model, code and test from specifications and requirements
- Work on a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced, agile environment
