About The Position

Kulicke and Soffa is seeking a Co-op student to support the development of robotic automation equipment. This role requires coursework and/or experience in C++ programming and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design. The intern will contribute to the development of advanced software for next-generation robotic semiconductor equipment, participating in the design, modeling, coding, and testing phases based on specifications and requirements. The position involves working within a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced, agile environment, and learning about the wire bonder domain. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Coursework and/or experience programming in C++
• Coursework and/or experience in Object Oriented (OO) Analysis and Design
• Some college

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced software for next generation robotic semiconductor equipment
• Design, model, code and test from specifications and requirements
• Work on a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Learn the wire bonder domain
