About The Position
As part of the AI Strategy team, the intern will assist in building AI agents using Copilot Studio, integrating Power Automate workflows to enable agent actions, and ensuring solutions are developed with appropriate security and governance. The role also includes testing and refining agent instructions to improve response accuracy and reliability. The intern will work with a mentor and support the department and team with daily assignments and projects. The 13-week summer internship provides experience related to retail technology and opportunities to learn and collaborate with industry professionals on retail technology initiatives. The internship concludes with a presentation to senior leadership about the intern’s experience, key projects, initiatives, and findings.
Requirements
- Be a junior-level student or above and actively enrolled in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Good organizational and analytical/reasoning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate PC skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to function in a team environment and support team members when needed.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects within determined timelines.
- Evidence of ability to build and maintain relationships and excel in an interactive team environment.
