About The Position
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in the music industry and a curiosity to learn about our business and act as an A&R intern to assist the A&R team in their operational and creative activities.
Requirements
- Great communication skills and proficiency in both Italian and English languages
- HUGE passion for music and cultural trends
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a time crunch and/or with partial info/details
- People skills, the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and are highly motivated, task-oriented, organized, and a proactive self-starter
- Strong computer skills – typing, proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assist the A&R team with day to day work learning the mechanics of a major record label and its creative sides
- Support handling documentation
- Setting-up & organizing in studio sessions
- Compile data entry and organize documents, reports
- Assist with administrative tasks for releases
