Position Purpose: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Academic Writing Assistance Centre (CARTU) and coordinate the services and activities offered to students related to academic writing. Ensure the ongoing development of mentors by designing and implementing training programs, organizing workshops, and monitoring mentors' progress and performance. Collaborate with faculties and administrative units to develop relevant training content tailored to the needs of mentors across the University, with the goal of maintaining a community of best practices in mentoring.
