Requirements
- 5-7 years of work experience as a full stack developer (Java+ React/Angular) or any similar role
- Computer science and math enthusiast
- Experience working on enterprise level financial applications
- Experience with Spring Boot + Hibernate/JPA + REST
- Hands on experience with SQL (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Service (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes is good to have
- Experience/Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and workflows is good to have
- Exposure to web security is good to have
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure web applications using front end (React JS) and back end (Java) technologies
- Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code
- Continuously improving the quality of software through reviews, testing and refactoring
- Manage and prioritize tasks and multiple projects effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Actively participate in meetings, offer insights and feedback while considering diverse perspectives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in a respectful and constructive manner
- Take ownership of end-to-end projects and drive it to completion in a timely manner
- Respond quickly to critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption
- Take accountability for the quality of your work and actions. Address challenges proactively and honestly
