About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join a team of developers and system engineers. This role is crucial in ensuring that applications in the Human Resource Applications and Services organization operate effectively. The developer will provide application development and production support for critical human resource applications that support the enterprise. This includes developing and implementing innovative approaches to improve system sustainment and proactively identifying and correcting potential issues before outages occur. The position is in a fast-paced, agile team environment, offering opportunities to learn new technologies, creatively solve customer requirement problem sets, and grow as a developer while making a meaningful impact on the organization’s operations.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering.
• Ten (10) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience creating and consuming RESTful endpoints.
• Experience setting up and maintaining Linux environments.
• Experience with MongoDB.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with the AWS platform.
• Experience with GitLab.
• Experience with GitLab runners for continuous integration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with automated integration and unit testing scripts.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs).
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section 508 compliance).
