About The Position
This is a 1.0 FTE, grade A-09, 190-day position located at Washington-Liberty High School. The role requires reliability, dependability, flexibility, and cooperation. The assistant will be responsible for monitoring several large areas and interacting effectively with teens and adults.
Requirements
- Must be reliable, dependable, flexible and cooperative.
- Ability to monitor several large areas.
- Must be able to interact with teens and adults.
- Experience working with elementary students.
- Ability to work effectively with staff, parents, and children.
- Assistants must meet the requirements of the NCLB and Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) at the time of hire.
- A high school diploma.
- An Associate Degree or two years of college study.
- At least 60 semester hours, OR
- A score of at least 455 on the Parapro Test.
Responsibilities
