About The Position
The Interim Manager - TRA (Manager) is part of a team that supports the temporary leadership needs of the Tenet Healthcare organization. The Manager will support the needs in any market in which Tenet operates. The Manager is responsible for operations management of a single or multiple department(s). Their day-to-day operations management will include directing, supervising, orienting/training, and evaluating staff. Enforces policies, procedures, and standards of operation. The Manager may have budgetary or fiscal accountability.
