Requirements

  • A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is required
  • Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required
  • BCLS Certification is required
  • Current ACLS certification required
  • A minimum of five (5) years related work experience and three (3) years supervisory experience is required
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Degree in Nursing preferred
  • PALS certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Under general direction of the Director, Associate Chief Nursing Officer and Site Administrator or designee, provide 24 hours leadership for clinical nursing practice of all ages or individually assigned units.
  • Responsible for supervising assigned patient care staff, allocation of assigned staff and material resources to effect quality patient care outcome.
