CONFIDENTIAL Interim Network Director of Perioperative Service
About The Position
This is a confidential interim role providing network-level oversight of perioperative services across 20 operating rooms in a multi-site environment. The position reports directly to the System Chief Nursing Officer and has high visibility to executive leadership. The Director will be responsible for driving OR performance, throughput, and overall operational efficiency. This role requires close partnership with surgeons, anesthesia leadership, and nursing to drive alignment and accountability. The successful candidate will assess current operations and implement strategic, sustainable improvements across the service line.
Requirements
- BSN required.
- New York nursing license not required but must be willing to obtain.

- Masters preferred.
