About The Position

This role provides network-level oversight of perioperative services across 20 operating rooms in a multi-site environment. The position reports directly to the System Chief Nursing Officer and has high visibility to executive leadership. The primary responsibilities include driving OR performance, throughput, and overall operational efficiency. The successful candidate will partner closely with surgeons, anesthesia leadership, and nursing to drive alignment and accountability, and will assess current operations to implement strategic, sustainable improvements across the service line.

Requirements

• BSN required
• New York nursing license not required but must be willing to obtain
