About The Position

The Interim Director of Surgical Services – Cardiac will provide oversight for approximately 64 FTEs supporting the CVOR, Cath Lab, Cath Lab Recovery, and 3D Printing Lab. This role will manage 2 Cardiac ORs and 2 Hybrid Cath Lab procedural spaces, handling approximately 350 cardiac procedures/surgical cases per month. The Director will partner closely with established clinical leadership within the Heart Institute. A pediatric experience is preferred but not required. A BSN and an active Arkansas or compact nursing license are required.
