About The Position

This is a part-time, interim management position for an Inpatient unit at MercyOne Medical Center in Newton, IA. The role requires a leader with experience in Med Surg or PCU, strong team-player qualities, good relationship-building and clinical skills, and the ability to start quickly. The position is non-benefited and operates Monday through Friday during day shifts, with no weekend work required. The contract is for 13 weeks.

Requirements

• Licensed in IA
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• Mandatory reporter training
• BSN degree
• Med Surg or PCU experienced leader
• Team Player
• Well rounded
• Good relationship building skills
• Good Clinical Skills
• Ability to hit the ground running
