About The Position

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice Mobile Resource Pool is seeking a passionate Interim Behavioral Health Nurse Leader to join the team at Samaritan Hospital, Troy, NY. As Interim Nurse Manager, you’ll provide 24/7 leadership and oversight for unit operations, including direct supervision of staff (20%) and administrative responsibilities (80%). You’ll drive clinical quality, support staff development, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. This role requires a focus on continuous improvement, patient safety, and team engagement.

Requirements

• Active New York RN license
• Minimum 3 years Behavioral Health Manager experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• BLS Certificate

Nice To Haves

• Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
