CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota. This role is for a Full-Time Registered Nurse on the Inpatient Behavioral Health Team at CHI St. Alexius Health in Bismarck, ND. The position emphasizes compassion, empathy, and advocating for mental well-being, guiding patients and their families through vulnerable moments to rediscover stability and hope.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Ability to embody #humankindness and lead with compassion, connecting with patients and families on a deeply human level.
Proficiency in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive, individualized care plans.
Ability to confidently manage patient assignments and ensure seamless coordination of care.

Responsibilities

Skillfully assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive, individualized care plans utilizing the nursing process, focusing on holistic well-being for a diverse patient population.
Confidently manage patient assignments, ensuring seamless coordination of care and optimal patient placement, always keeping individual needs at the forefront.
Be a vital link within the multidisciplinary team, partnering with physicians, care coordinators, therapists, and management, fostering a cohesive healing environment through effective communication.
