About The Position

Kizuki International LLC is a growing company with multiple Asian culinary brands, including Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya, Supreme Dumplings, and Tang Bar / Swish Swish. We operate over 20 restaurants and 4 central kitchens/commissary facilities across multiple states. The District Manager will lead the success and growth of the business by training, coaching, and developing General Managers and store teams. This role is responsible for the customer and team member experience, ensuring exceptional food quality through our established systems and philosophy. As a growth company, this role requires significant cross-functional collaboration with the support center for program development and strategic implementation, covering human resources, restaurant operations, and culinary aspects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of restaurant management experience, including multi-unit leadership
  • Proven ability to develop and lead General Managers
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to travel throughout the Seattle Metroplex
  • Ability to train and travel for 6-8 weeks, supporting shops and traveling the greater Seattle area (including Tacoma & Lynnwood), until a District is assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring brand standards, operational consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams; support succession planning and talent growth.
  • Drive district-level performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability initiatives.
  • Lead and support new restaurant openings, stabilize underperforming locations, and implement best practices across the district.
  • Partner with leadership teams to execute local marketing initiatives and strengthen community presence.
  • Ensure all locations comply with company policies, labor laws, food safety standards, and health regulations.
