About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Interim Controller to join our finance team in our Shrewsbury, MA office during an exciting period of growth and acquisition integration. This individual will immediately play an integral role in managing complex close, reporting, and integration activities while serving as a key financial partner to company leadership and our parent organization's shared services team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can quickly build credibility across the organization, and enjoys creating structure during times of change. While the role is initially focused on driving critical accounting and integration activities, there is potential for the individual to take on broader leadership responsibilities within the finance organization as the engagement progresses. The position is initially structured as a contract engagement, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity based on business needs and mutual fit.
